About Gayle Nagy:
After graduating from U.C. Santa Barbara, Gayle obtained her California Real Estate Broker’s license and worked as a successful real estate agent for more than 15 years. In 1993 Gayle began her career as a mortgage loan originator and has enjoyed both the challenges and the opportunities to help hundreds of clients obtain home loans. Her success as a loan advisor has been built upon the solid recommendations of past clients and ongoing referrals from local realtors, accountants, and financial advisors.
With access to RPM’s innovate loan programs, Gayle is able to offer her clients the best-in-class home loan options to meet the needs of their diverse financial requirements. Her vast knowledge and deep understanding of the real estate and home financial industry make it easy for her to educate her clients on the many steps of the lending process.
In addition to providing all types of Conventional and Jumbo loan products to her clients, Gayle has added a specialization in Reverse Mortgage loans to her vast menu of loan options. She is one of the only recognized Reverse Mortgage lenders in the area.
Gayle has served as a director on the boards of numerous local non-profit agencies, including the National Association of Women Business Owners, Women’s Economic Ventures, Montecito Rotary Club, Crescend Mental Health Services, and Montessori Center School. She is currently serving on the board of Coastal Self-Defense Academy, an organization that provides self-defense and empowerment training to at-risk youth. She is also the president of a non-profit foundation which raises money to fund the lifelong board and care for retired thoroughbred racehorses. She is a California native and currently resides in Santa Barbara – a place she’s called home for more than 40 years.
"Gayle, thank you for pulling off the improbable for us! Kai is settled back into his school, he loves the pool, and we are already meeting our neighbors. You have made such a positive change in our lives. I wish you all the best and look forward to working with you in the future. We will not hesitate to refer our friends your way!" - Becky S.
