Capital Lending Group is solely owned by the founder, Kevin Cravens, who has been a mortgage loan consultant for more than 18 years. Capital Lending Group is an offshoot of Mr. Cravens’ other company.
Mr. Cravens graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a BSB in Finance and a BSB in Human Resource Management. He went on to graduate from The University of Illinois College of Law with a JD and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1990. Mr. Craven’s education and experience give him the essential tools needed to obtain the most advantageous terms to fit their financing needs. Many of Kevin’s clients have been working with him for more than a decade and the bulk of his new customers come from referrals and word of mouth. Mr. Cravens and Capital Lending Group are well-supported by the local real estate companies in Santa Barbara and Montecito.
