GETTING THE WORD OUT

We want to help you maximize the value of your membership in Coastal Housing Partnership and make it easier for you to get the word out to your staff about the financial assistance and home buying education programs offered to them.
No need to worry about explaining how to use the programs, simply let them know the assistance is available and we’ll do the rest. To make getting the word out even easier, we have tools to help. We’ve developed some simple but effective ways to help you get the word out to your employees about the Coastal Housing Partnership (CHP) housing benefit – or even just to remind them that it is available to them:

  • List CHP on employee intranet with link to CHP website
  • Brief Description of CHP in employee benefit handbook
  • Post CHP Color poster in employee meeting area
  • Include CHP paycheck stuffer with paycheck
  • Describe CHP benefit at new employee meetings
  • Distribute Central Coast Living, the CHP newsletter, to your employees
  • Include an article in your company newsletter about CHP
  • Include Coastal Housing Partnership as a participant at Benefits Fair
  • Invite CHP Executive Director to be Lunch ‘n Learn speaker
  • Host CHP home buying seminar for your employees at your office
  • Send out the schedule for CHP area-wide home buying seminars
  • Forward the up-date e-mails that CHP periodically sends to you
