This program is available to all employees of Coastal Housing Partnership (CHP) member organization employees. It is not just a first-time home buyer's program.

There are no income restrictions for the employee nor are there price restrictions on the home to be purchased.

With HELP, there is no private mortgage insurance required and the participating Discount Providers reduce the interest rate on the second mortgage loan for employees of CHP member companies---this can save you thousands of dollars each year!
