SPONSOR CONTEST RULES

To raise program awareness and remind locals precisely why they love this area, we have developed exciting contests and need your help to make them happen. We are looking for local sponsors to donate goods and services. Here is a list of donors we are seeking:

• Product manufacturers/suppliers
• Service providers
• Venues

To participate, please contact us to qualify your suggested donation. Then you can fill out the simple enrollment form, making a donation for 10-30 people. With your enrollment sheet, please include a digital version of your logo and a company bio or history. 

Sponsor Contest Rules:

A maximum of three sponsors will be selected per period, with three periods per year. When you supply us with a logo and/or photo as well as content for an advertisement, we will produce a bold, eye-catching advertisement in-house, at no charge to you. 

Sponsorship cancellations made after the article & advertisement have run in the publication will incur a fee.*

*In the event that a company fails to follow through with their commitment to donate after the advertisement & article have run in the Coastal Housing Partnership publication, cancellations of any kind will incur a $1000 penalty. We put a great deal of effort into individual articles, advertisements and other publicity. The penalty covers our basic expenses in the event that a sponsor withdraws from their commitment.
