Coastal Housing Partnership

Coastal Housing Partnership’s mission is to help employers recruit and retain quality employees by offering solutions to facilitate local home ownership, thereby enhancing economic stability and vitality for our communities.

Coastal Housing Partnership works to achieve this goal by offering home buying education services and financial assistance programs to local employees to overcome some of the common obstacles to home ownership. Membership in Coastal Housing Partnership is open to any employer in Santa Barbara County or Ventura County so that their employees can utilize the housing services and programs available through membership.
