FOR AGENTS & LENDERS AWARD PROGRAM

An essential element of participation in Coastal Housing Partnership’s Home Buyer’s Assistance Program is that all Benefit Providers are required to keep a log of the Coastal Housing Partnership employees they serve.  Click here for a grid of the information that we ask you to collect. To be eligible to participate in the contest, benefit providers must complete this grid on a quarterly basis - due by January 10, April 10, July 10 and October 10. This information will be used to highlight local real estate agents and lenders who have made it easier for local employees to buy homes or refinance their mortgages. 

To address the changing needs of our community and benefit providers such as yourself, we have added new programs. As a result, we expect our member base to grow considerably over the next few years. While competing for fun & useful prizes to use in growing your business, you will also be raising your level of visibility in the community.

Award levels are designed to reward those agents and lenders who are providing the community with the most discounts. Each level of the reward program is set to acknowledge those who are going above and beyond to offer these discounts, yet levels are not set so high that they are unachievable. We have developed this rewards program to help motivate our Benefit Providers to report their numbers back to us so that we can collect data on actual benefits used. This will help us tailor and adapt our programs to meet the needs of the entire community based on real numbers.

The following award levels for real estate agents and lenders are based on individual loan officer or real estate agent performance, not that of the entire company.

Lenders
Platinum Level - For 16 or more deals closed in previous 18 months
Gold Level - For 12 or more deals closed in previous 18 months
Silver Level - For 8 or more deals closed in previous 18 months
Bronze Level - For 4 or more deals closed in previous 18 months

Agents
Platinum Level - For 8 or more deals closed in previous 18 months
Gold Level - For 6 or more deals closed in previous 18 months
Silver Level - For 4 or more deals closed in previous 18 months
Bronze Level - For 2 or more deals closed in previous 18 months

Benefit Providers who achieve these award levels will receive special recognition on the Coastal Housing Partnership website.

In addition to these award levels, each trimester, one agent and one lender will have the opportunity to win the titles of Central Coast Star, based on the number of reported benefits provided to our employees during that period.
